Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid Washington OT license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an OT.
• Strong knowledge of OT principles and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Proficient in using technology for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and client goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and interventions to improve motor skills, coordination, and sensory processing.
• Train clients in the use of adaptive equipment and techniques to improve daily tasks.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate clients and families on strategies for managing their condition.
• Document all client interactions and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
• Stay current with industry developments and advancements in occupational therapy.
