Job summary

WellCare & Nurture Pediatric Therapy Specialists in Colorado Springs is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to work in a flexible hybrid setting, serving children ages 0–21. You will supervise a COTA, conduct evaluations, and develop individualized plans within an interdisciplinary team including ABA, PT, and SLP.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Bachelor's degree accepted if grandfathered in under prior licensure standards
• Minimum 1 year experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist
• BLS CPR Certification
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Professional liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a COTA and their assigned caseload
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to a small, managed caseload of pediatric patients
• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies to meet developmental goals
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment outcomes
• Work closely with ABA, PT, and Speech therapists for comprehensive interdisciplinary care
• Maintain documentation in accordance with company compliance standards
• Assist with case management and therapy planning
