Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited OT program and licensed in the state. Prior SNF rehab experience is preferred; in-house therapy with local management support is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• Previous rehab SNF experience preferred.

• Address a variety of diseases and impairments with progressive treatment modalities.
• Provide in-house therapy with local management support.
