Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Lakeland is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive inpatient setting.

You will assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, supervise care and treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize independence and safety. A current state license and CPR certification are required, with a Master's degree preferred.

Formación

• Active state licensure or required certification.
• CPR certification required.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient field experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct occupational therapy to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments, conduct assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships to understand physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the recovery journey.
