Job summary

The Occupational Therapist (OT) at Trilogy Health Services will provide a full range of therapy services, including assessment, planning, and interventions in an interdisciplinary setting. You will develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients and families to improve daily living activities.

Requirements include a degree in Occupational Therapy and current Ohio OT licensure; CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
