LanceSoft is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Pensacola, FL to help patients regain independence and improve daily living skills through evidence-based treatment plans. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active OT license (OTR/L) is required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• 1+ year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions focused on recovery and independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, exercises, and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Mentor therapy assistants and students when appropriate
