Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• State license as Occupational Therapist is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients' physical, mental, and developmental abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, adjusting as needed.
• Educate patients and families about therapeutic activities and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
