The Occupational Therapist II provides a full range of occupational therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning. Required Qualifications

Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
