UPMC Home Health in Pittsburgh is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join the team in the North Hills and surrounding areas. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 4:30 with weekend and holiday rotations.

You will deliver comprehensive OT services, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and ensure timely, accurate documentation while striving for maximum patient independence across all ages.

Qualificações

• OT degree from an accredited program and eligible for OT licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Driver's license required.
• One year of OT experience to practice without supervision (or supervision in ALF/PCH contexts).

Responsabilidades

• Attend compliance training and adhere to organization policies.
• Provide in-home occupational therapy services and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain and document visit assessments, OASIS, 485, and verbal orders accurately.
• Supervise the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Consult with families and multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and continuing education.
