UPMC Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to cover New Kensington, Leechburg, Natrona Heights and surrounding areas. The full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30, with weekend and holiday rotations.

The OT will assess patients across the lifespan in-home, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with physicians. Supervision of assistants and compliant documentation are required to ensure optimal patient outcomes and regulatory adherence.

Qualificações

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and eligible for licensure in the state
• OT licensure or NBCOT eligibility
• Experience in home health or geriatrics preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes across multiple locations.
• Develop and implement individualized OT plans of care with collaborating physicians.
• Supervise and collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Maintain thorough documentation including visit notes, treatments, and assessments per standards.
