Mercy Home Health (Pennsylvania) is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide skilled, one-on-one therapy in patients’ homes, helping them regain independence with daily activities and safely navigate their environments.

You’ll assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions and educate patients and caregivers to support functional independence and quality of life at home.

Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you’ll provide skilled, one‑on‑one therapy services in the comfort of patients’ homes, helping them regain independence with daily activities and safely navigate their environments. You’ll assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence‑based interventions and educate patients and caregivers to support functional independence and quality of life at home.
