Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care in home settings, performing assessment, planning, and implementation of OT activities per physician orders.

You will instruct patients and families, adapt plans through re-evaluations, and assist with devices, collaborating with physicians and the health care team to ensure integrated care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in OT required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• OT Licensure required.
• No prior experience required.
