Job summary

Priority Care Rehab Staffing seeks licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver in-home rehabilitation across Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, Nassau and Westchester. You will evaluate, treat, and document patient progress in a home setting, aligning with patient goals and family needs.

Independent contractors are preferred, with sessions typically 30 minutes or longer. Per-visit pay ranges from $70 to $90, and the firm offers direct deposit, ongoing support from an Operations

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in New York.
• Preferably an independent contractor (1099).
• Preferably an iPhone user (for pediatric cases).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home occupational therapy visits to patients in designated NY neighborhoods.
• Deliver therapy sessions with minimum 30 minutes per visit and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to maximize functional outcomes in home environments.
