Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is actively recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join our team at the Colonial Rehab & Wellness Center. You will provide occupational therapy services to residents across inpatient and outpatient settings, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help patients regain independence and quality of life.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, current NBCOT certification or eligibility, and an active state license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree.
• Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical team to support residents' recovery and return to daily activities.
• Deliver occupational therapy services to residents and outpatients per state guidelines.
