Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current State license or eligibility for licensure required.
• Previous clinical/healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and caregivers.
• Monitor and document patient progress; adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and techniques.
• Stay current with OT best practices and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
