Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help individuals regain independence and improve quality of life.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will work across diverse settings with robust clinical mentorship, CEU opportunities, and options for Visa sponsorship and relocation support to join our national network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
