Job summary
JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for our Toms River, NJ clinic. The OT will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize functional independence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required or equivalent
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in NJ or eligible to practice
- Completed state CEU requirements in NY/NJ
- Valid CPR certification
- 1+ year OT experience preferred
- Experience with EMR software beneficial
Responsibilities
- Collect and record patient care data following department guidelines
- Conduct initial evaluation and ongoing progress notes and discharge planning
- Develop and adjust treatment plans with interdisciplinary team
- Provide patient and caregiver education and home exercise instructions
- Oversee COTA/OT aides and participate in team meetings
- Promote JAG PT in the community and participate in ongoing professional development
