Select Physical Therapy in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist for outpatient orthopedics. You will evaluate and treat upper extremity conditions, including tendon injuries, sprains, and post-operative fractures; splinting experience is preferred.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with specific hours, a starting salary of $75,000 per year, and a $20,000 sign-on bonus plus $350 monthly student loan repayment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active national registration and state licensure required at start.
• Minimum 1 year of hand therapy experience, or OT with Select Therapy Hand Rotation Level 2.
• CPR certification.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan of care, treat, re-evaluate, discharge, and communicate high-quality hand therapy services.
• Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management and patient care.
• Maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients; expand client relations.
• Stay current with Occupational Therapy research and apply Evidence Based Practice.

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic setting. The role focuses on evaluation and treatment of upper extremity conditions, including tendon injuries, sprains, strains, and post-operative fractures. Splinting experience is preferred. Qualified candidates must have completed Select Therapy Hand Rotation Level II or have at least one year of recent hand therapy experience.

The clinician will collaborate with hand specialists in a well-equipped clinic, delivering evidence-based care and individualized treatment plans. Mentorship toward Certified Hand Therapist certification is available, along with access to a national hand therapy network.

• Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
• Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
• Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).

Qualifications
