Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full time occupational hand therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Elk Grove, CA. Our clinics are fully equipped to provide care to patients ranging from post-surgical cases to non-operative conditions to work conditioning. You will have the opportunity to work closely with other clinicians and therapists. Compensation

• Salary Range starting at: $93,000.00 up to $115,000.00
• Up to $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
• High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
• Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.
• Relationship-Building: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum two years experience in hand therapy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic.
• Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred.
