Job summary

PruittHealth Corporation in Georgia seeks a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our patient-focused team. The role offers up to $100,000 annually, with a Stay & Earn sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative culture dedicated to growth and excellence.

You will support the OT care plan, perform clinical tasks, and ensure timely documentation while adhering to state practice acts and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of ACOTE accredited OT program.
• Eligible to take NBCOT or has passed it.
• Current state license as Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the OT care plan as prescribed by the evaluating therapist and physician according to state practice acts.
• Perform clinical tasks and document them accurately and promptly.
• Follow established policies and procedures related to scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care.
• Complete required orientation, in-services, and trainings.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Valid professional license in the state of practice

• Graduate of ACOTE accredited school and eligible to take or has passed the NBCOT exam. If foreign-trained, must meet the same qualifications as U.S. educational program requirements
