Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current Professional licensure as an Occupational Therapist or license eligible based on the rules and regulations of the state you are applying.
• Current CPR Certification.

• Ensure plans of care aim to maximize patient performance and quality of life.
