Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current professional licensure as an Occupational Therapist or eligible based on state rules.

• Implement a plan of care to increase, maintain or restore function and improve patient health and quality of life.
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager and support a culture of teamwork, learning and growth.
