Team Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient clinics across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid OT license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Passion for patient care and measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent health care for patients with outcomes and satisfaction as priorities.
• Evaluate new patients, develop care plans, and set measurable goals.
• Treat patients, educate on injuries, progress and outcomes; supervise aides as needed.
• Re-evaluate progress, revise plans and reset goals.
• Determine discharge timing and document care.
• Maintain timely documentation in EMR and adhere to timelines.
• Understand Medicare/BCBSM billing and ensure proper billing.
• Maintain productivity targets (55–60 treatments + evaluations weekly).
• Develop protocols for common diagnoses and participate in research.
• Continuing education and DEI participation.
