Team Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist with a Master’s in Occupational Therapy to join our outpatient clinics across several states. The role emphasizes outcome-driven care, patient education, and collaboration with techs to optimize therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent health care for our patients and help achieve good outcomes.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to restore mobility and manage pain.
• Create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans of care as patients progress.
• Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and prevention strategies.
• Supervise and guide Techs during patient care setup and cleanup.
• Use evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function.
• Provide patients with strategies for long-term success.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and timely.
• Maintain reasonable productivity based on referrals and patient mix.
• Participate in clinic research projects and protocol development.
• Stay current on best practices through in-house CEUs and continuing education.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility. Understand their current medical and emotional situations.
• Create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans of care as patients progress.
• Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury.
• Supervise and guide Techs during patient care setup and cleanup.
• Use evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function.
• Provide patients with strategies for long-term success.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.
• Achieve a reasonable level of productivity. This depends on the number of referrals and the type of patient presenting.
• Participate in clinic research projects and protocol development.
• Stay current on best practices through in-house CEUs and continuing education.
