Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist for in-facility care within our network. You will assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and reporting to the Director of Rehab.

We offer a 30-40 hour work week (4 or 5 days) and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, PTO, CEUs, visa sponsorship, and relocation support where eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree ACOTE-accredited in occupational therapy
• Initial NBOT registration (NBCOT)
• Licensed to practice OT as required by state

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Collaborate with peers and refer as needed to ensure optimal care

Education

Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum ACOTE standards

Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
