Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a full‑time Occupational Therapist to join our team in Pasco, WA. New grads welcome and opportunities for career advancement through our clinical ladder and continuing education platform.

The OT will provide evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge planning, while supervising COTAs and rehab techs and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. Competitive benefits and flexible scheduling are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy.
• NBCOT certification and valid state license (where applicable).
• Strong communication and supervision skills for supervising COTAs and rehab techs.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the functionality and skills of patients through occupational therapy interventions.
• Provide supervision to COTAs and Rehab Techs in group and individual settings.
• Directly supervise staff in line with state practice acts and policy.
• Build and sustain a robust occupational therapy program within Reliant Rehabilitation.
• Maintain licensure, compliance, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate effectively in English across facilities and clients.
