Qualifications

• ACOTE-accredited OT degree is required.
• Arizona licensure or eligibility before start date.
• Current or pending CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication with patients and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Create individualized treatment plans based on client assessment.
• Make recommendations for advancement based on home/job evaluations.
• Ensure clients are trained on safe use of home/work equipment.
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper techniques.
• Evaluate abilities and develop a comprehensive treatment plan.
• Provide customized programs to improve functional abilities.
• Conduct home and job site evaluations with improvement recommendations.
