Job summary

Aura Care Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Minnesota to evaluate residents, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and safety.

The role focuses on providing direct OT treatments, documenting progress, and educating residents and families on adaptive techniques and safe practices, while upholding professional standards.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota OT license.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Strong OT knowledge and practical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with staff.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized OT plans.
• Provide direct OT treatments and ADL training.
• Document evaluations, progress, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on interventions and safety.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet goals.
• Adhere to Minnesota OT Practice standards.
