Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking an Occupational Therapist at Freeman Springdale Hospital to evaluate patients, plan treatment, and provide therapy and discharge planning for physician-referred cases. You will document care and supervise support staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Current Arkansas OT license is required, with new grads welcome and preferred 2 years of experience. This is a full-time role at Freeman Rehabilitation Services with inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas Occupational Therapy License is required.
• New grads accepted, preferable 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently evaluates patients, develops treatment plans, and delivers and documents care with discharge planning for physician-referred patients.
• Supervises and directs treatment and activity of support staff.
• Performs duties in alignment with ethics, standards of practice, regulations, and hospital policies.
