Home & Health Care Management in Northern California is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy across multiple counties. The role requires 100% travel to patients’ homes, servicing a senior population with diverse needs.

Full-time (40 hrs/week, M-F 8am-5pm) or part-time (10–20 hrs/week) with potential for expanded hours exists. Candidates must hold a CA OT license, CPR certification, and a valid CA driver’s license; home health experience preferred.

Competenze

• One year experience as a home health care provider preferred
• Current California State license as an Occupational Therapist and stays updated through independent study and continuing education
• Current CPR certification
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Eligible to be insured under our liability policy with a clean DMV report
• Your own vehicle and proof of current auto insurance
• COVID vaccinated or have an exemption. PPE is provided to all employees

Home & Health Care Management is the oldest home health care agency in Northern California. Our agency specializes in delivering comprehensive in-home care and case management for older adults, children, and those living with disabilities across many counties. We use a matrix of Medi-Cal, Medicare and targeted health programs to find solutions that work for our clients.

Who You Are:

You are a motivated Occupational Therapist who shares our vision of delivering in-home care. You treat patients in a caring and compassionate manner and help them achieve their goals of staying in their own home whilst receiving treatment.

Travel:

This role comprises 100% travel within our service region. You will be traveling to patients’ homes.

Service Region:

We have several counties that we service across Northern California specifically Butte County, Shasta County and Yuba Sutter counties and surrounding communities.

Schedule:

We are hiring for Full-Time 40 hours per week M-F 8am-5pm or Part-Time/Per-Diem role of between 10-20 hours per week, with the possibility of expanded hours in the future.

Physical Requirements:

• Sits, stands, bends, lifts, walks, and moves intermittently during working hours.
• Able to lift to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Able to drive intermittently on a daily basis

Compensation:

Pay range is $55.00 to $65.00 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
