PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with flexible start times between 6:30 AM and 10 AM. Join a collaborative team focused on helping patients regain independence in an inpatient hospital setting.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating individualized plans, providing evidence-based OT interventions, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in state of practice (Nevada).
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans that promote functional independence and recovery.

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for medically complex patients.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, case managers, and other interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and discharge planning.

• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Contribute to the ongoing development and growth of rehabilitation services throughout the PAM Health system.

• Demonstrate flexibility in supporting patient care across multiple settings within the health system, as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice.

• Current BLS certification.

Preferred

• • One (1) year of clinical experience in an inpatient, acute care, rehabilitation, or hospital setting.
