Job summary

Goldsboro Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Goldsboro, NC is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our long-term care team. You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations, develop treatment plans and coordinate with the interdisciplinary staff.

The role requires state licensure and SNF experience preferred. You will document progress, attend meetings, supervise staff as needed and help provide compassionate care to residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
• SNF experience preferred.
• Holds current license and/or registration in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT evaluations based on MD orders.
• Develop and document treatment plans with long- and short-term goals, frequency and duration.
• Deliver therapy using approved modalities and adjust as needed.
• Document progress and update care plans and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and participate in facility meetings.
