Job summary

Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care teams in Coralville, IA. The role offers a competitive hourly compensation and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for new hires entering a full-time position.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, collaborate with the care team, maintain essential documentation, and ensure physician orders are current. Must hold OT licensure and NBCOT as required by state law.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Must be NBCOT certified as an OTR if required by the state (NBCOT).
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
