Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners in Owensboro, KY is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time outpatient role serving pediatric through early-adolescent to early-adult clients.

You will provide 1:1 therapy, collaborate with ABA, SLP, and mental health teams, document in Fusion EMR, and may supervise COTAs. Flexible M-F schedule 8–17; benefits include health insurance and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky OT license required to start.

Responsibilities

Job description

We’re hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role with one of our trusted clients. Your skills will support pediatric and early-adolescent to early-adult patients on their journey to improved function and independence.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Kentucky Occupational Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working with pediatric populations. Experience treating early-adolescents and early adults preferred.
• Experience providing 1:1 therapy. Experience in outpatient clinic settings preferred.
• Comfort working with children who present behavioral challenges. Experience collaborating with ABA, speech-language, and mental health providers preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible weekday schedules. Client is open to 3x12, 4- or 5-day schedules (M–F standard 8:00–17:00).
• Proficiency with electronic medical records; experience with Fusion EMR preferred.
• Demonstrated teamwork, professionalism, and ethical practice. Willingness to potentially supervise COTAs is a plus.
