• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license is required to start the position.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience required.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred.
• Experience with direct access to referring physicians or collaboration with physician referrals.
• Familiarity with WebPT or similar electronic medical records preferred.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

• Shift: Days. Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexible scheduling options.
• Typical caseload: Approximately 11-12 patients per 8-hour day.
