Job summary

Avir Trilogy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Hearne team. The OT will provide therapy services, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress for a variety of patients in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include assessments, care coordination with a multidisciplinary team, and educating patients to promote daily-life carryover of skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
