Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire; renewal optional.
• Bachelor’s/MSOT degree from accredited program.
• Active state licensure required; must remain in good standing.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct occupational therapy rehab to patients per physician referral.
• Follow established OT treatment plans and goals for ADLs.
• Oversee and evaluate care by OTAs and Rehab Aides.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Utilize therapy software to track outcomes and plans.
