Blue Stone Therapy in Mapleton, MN is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time permanent role in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. Eligible candidates earn $36.00-$55.00/hour with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do:
