Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility in Illinois. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to quality care and professional growth.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. New graduates welcome with mentorship available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by the state.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
