Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Macomb, IL. You will assess and treat patients in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting, develop care plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.

Eligibility requires state licensure and NBCOT as applicable. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year with comprehensive benefits and potential for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date

Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
