Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our full-time team in Macomb, IL. You will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting, developing personalized care plans and ensuring compliance with physician orders.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Registered/NBCOT-OTR certification as required by state.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.

• Create and implement personalized care plans
