Job summary

Renewal Rehab in Illinois is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes, while maintaining regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do:

Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
