Job summary

Wisconsin Early Autism Project is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver direct OT services aligned with each child’s IEP or Treatment Plan, evaluate needs, and develop treatment supports for meaningful progress.

You will collaborate with families and instructional teams, participate in progress meetings, and contribute to documentation and reporting. Willingness to mentor OT students and work within a multidisciplinary team is valued.

Qualifications

• Requires NBCOT certification and active OT licensure
• Experience delivering OT via IEPs and Treatment Plans preferred
• Strong communication with families and instructional staff essential

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services as indicated by each child’s IEP and/or Treatment Plan
• Develop IEPs and/or Treatment Plans and complete treatment planning, record keeping, and progress reporting
• Administer evaluations and complete written evaluation reports
• Participate in IEP and parent progress meetings and communicate with families and instructional staff regarding progress, strengths, needs, and concerns
• Develop materials and supports relevant to treatment goals and participate in interdisciplinary professional development
• Provide training to instructional and related service staff, mentor or supervise OT students, and communicate concerns to the Director.
