Pro Rehab in Minnesota is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to float between Starbuck and Wheaton. The role offers mileage reimbursement of $0.70 per mile and a $5,000 bonus, with tuition reimbursement options. New grads welcome.

Wage is $45–$53 per hour, depending on experience, with comprehensive benefits. Location: 605 N. Main St., Starbuck, MN 56381. No productivity requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program and hold a bachelor's degree.
• Current MN OTR license required.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local long-term care regulations.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
• Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Assess & Evaluate Patients: Conduct evaluations to understand patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs affecting daily activities.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create personalized intervention programs to improve independence in daily tasks and work-related functions.
• Provide Therapeutic Activities: Guide patients through exercises, adaptive techniques, and assistive device training to enhance motor skills and coordination.
• Educate & Support Patients & Families: Provide patient and caregiver education such as coping strategies, home modifications, and techniques to improve quality of life and independence.
• Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans: Track patient improvements, document progress, and modify treatment approaches as needed.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with doctors, physical therapists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to float between our Starbuck and Wheaton area! We offer a competitive wage, benefits, mileage reimbursement ($.70 / mile) and up to a $5,000 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement. No Productivity Requirements! Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program and have a bachelor's degree
• Must possess a current Accredited MN Occupational Therapy (OTR) License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
