Job summary

Corvallis Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN to screen, evaluate, and develop patient-centered treatment plans at our Corvallis, OR campus. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes while meeting productivity benchmarks.

The role requires state licensure, strong communication, and the ability to implement individualized plans. Compensation starts at $55/hr with DOE, and benefits support ongoing professional growth

Qualifications

• OT licensure as required by the state Board of Occupational Therapy.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with focus on patient care.
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals.
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and develops treatment programs for patients as needed.
• Designs effective OT treatment plans and goals to meet individual patient needs.
• Collaborates and communicates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes.
