Blue Stone Therapy, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team in Fargo, ND. You will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. New hires may receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Formación

• Must have degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification if required by state.
• Current license as Occupational Therapist in state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
