Job summary

Blue Stone Therapy in Madison, SD is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting. Compensation ranges from $36.00 to $55.00 per hour, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 may be offered for new full-time hires.

You'll evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a clinical team while maintaining compliant documentation and regulatory orders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as OTR if required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
