Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages work processes efficiently.
• Evaluates patient abilities and designs intervention plans.
• Uses therapies and equipment to improve function.
• Reports to Director of Rehabilitation Services.
• Consults with patients and reviews medical history and referrals.
• Diagnoses movement dysfunction and develops treatment plans.
• Maintains patient records and discharge summaries.
• Supervises assistants and rehab aides when needed.
