Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our full-time team in Watseka, IL. We offer a competitive salary and a supportive, collaborative work environment in a skilled nursing facility.

As an OT, you will evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments, create personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• OT degree from AOTA-accredited program
• NBCOT certification if required by state
• Current OT license in state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date
