Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist - FT to join our growing team in Rock Island, IL. You will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting and develop personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Must have an OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by state.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
